I had [bariatric] surgery about 16 months ago. It has been a wonderful journey. My doctor was Nick Bertha, in Florham Park NJ. I started out at 250 and now weigh 127. I documented my journey through photos and totally recommend that. After the first 4 weeks, my doctor said I could go back to my full work out regiment. I began spinning and walking again. After about 6 months, I knew I need to add some weights to my work out so that I would not have loose skin. I met with one of the fitness advisors at Kingley Health. He was awesome. He did not only show me different activities to do with the weights, but was very encouraging. We meet every two weeks and he changes up my routine each time. I got the biggest compliment the other day from a plastic surgeons assistant. She said that I was "very muscular and my abs were fabulous". That is the work of the fitness advisors at kingley. People need to realize that this surgery is a tool, 90% of it is mental and hard work. I have worked hard, with the encouragement of my friends and family and a lot of prayer. God put the right people in my life to help me to succeed. He brought me to the right doctor, the right fitness advisor, the right nutritionist. I follow the guidelines and I see the results. I have read that some are not happy with Kingley Health, but I have spoken to more people than I have read from that benefited a lot from their professionalism. The thing I like the most is that they care and want to help other succeed in the weight loss journey. It's not about money, it's about health.

After 2 years with the Kingley Institute I am still working out and maintaining my weight. I valued your team when I was there, but value them even more now. The enthusiasm and drive they provided made losing weight a much easier process than trying to do it on my own. The lessons and education Kingley provided are going to be with me and my family all our lives. From a nutrition standpoint I will be contacting the office soon to meet with my dietitian again.

I love coming here. I never used to like to exercise but Monica made it fun so it’s no problem to get up early. I love it when people compliment me on how much more fit I look. I was also amazed that I could live pain free once I started seeing the chiropractor - my life is so much better than I ever thought possible.

I am writing this letter to complement the services provided by Kingley health and your staff.
Let me first state that I have tried many of the fad diets out there, and most have worked but only on a temporary basis. Once I got net to my desired weight and went off the diet, not only did the weight come back but I gained more getting bigger and bigger.
A short time ago I was diagnosed with diabetes and high blood pressure. Once these new issues were added to being over weight, it was time to do the right thing. I was introduced to Kingley Institute through my insurance carrier and made the necessary call. As with all nutritional programs, I was very skeptical because I do not have the will power to stick to any diet.
On my first visit I was introduced to your clinical dietitian, Regina. My first impression was that I was going to have to eat all kinds of foods that I do not like and portions so little that I would always be hungry. Well how wrong could I be! The first thing Regina asked was what do I like to eat? And when I said bagels (thinking I would never have one again) Regina told me that I could still have bagels. Just telling me that I could continue to have them changed my whole mindset.
Enough with all the boring details. The reason that I am writing is to comment on the manor in which Regina handles her clients. From the beginning, she never said you can’t have this or that. Her plan was to some how work what I liked into a good habit forming eating plan. Her demeanor and presentation makes you very comfortable thus enabling you to absorb the information she is passing along to you. Dieting is always difficult for some people. However whenever you go to see her, she always makes you feel that you have done something positive. She is very methodical in her approach. It’s some what hard to put into words but when ever I am out and even looking at food that is bad for me, the first thing that comes to mind is Regina and how she will react if I do not show improvement every week. She has the keen ability to make you feel very comfortable while guiding you in a healthy direction.
To summarize, there is no dought that by the end of the year I will get to my desired weight. With all the credit going to Regina. (I have learned to eat correctly) I am sure you get many complements with regard to Regina. I am not sure how she does it but it works. If you could clone her, there is no telling how big your organization would be.
Again I just wanted to send a note to let you know how pleased I am with Regina and how well she has educated me.
