Love to Eat - Individual (8 weeks)
Do you find yourself comfortable at the dinner table but lost in the kitchen? Or you're not sure what carbohydrates, proteins, and fats are good and bad? If you Love to Eat, but just don't know what to eat, how to eat, and how much to eat then this is the program for you.

What it includes:

  • Eight (8) one-on-one sessions to give you some of the tools that you need to eat healthy. Many of these are hands on sessions and topics may include:
    • "Ketchup is not a vegetable" - Learn how to cook in the Kingley Kitchen or your's.
    • "I don't have a whole paycheck to spend on Whole Foods" - Food shopping and/or pantry overhaul at an affordable grocery store
    • "I like Cheesecake, not just the dessert" - Learn how to eat out, eat right, eat well, and eat socially
    • "5 Servings of vegetables and ketchup doesn't count eh?" - Review your vitamin and nutrient intake
    • "I have 5 minutes and a microwave" - Practice how to incorporate what you learn into the realities of your daily life.
    • "Carbs, fats, proteins, oh my" - Learn the right intake and balance between carbs, fats, and proteins.
  • One (1) metabolic test to measure how many calories your body burns.
  • Comprehensive fitness assessment to measure how well your body moves, your stability and mobility, the capacity of your heart and lungs, and your balance and agility.
  • Personalized fitness program based on the results of your assessment.
  • Updates to your personal program every four weeks as needed to keep it new, fresh, and motivating
  • Access to our 10-day quick start fitness program to start you off easy but motivate you quickly.
  • 1-yr of fitness in an environment that is fun, social, and supportive with access to a full schedule of group classes including Zumba!
  • Supervision at all times by an exercise physiologist

Split the Check (8 weeks)
Our 8-week program can span a vareity of differnt topics such as cooking, shopping tours, or even learning how to eat out. Want to share your experience with your friends? Why not "Split the Check" with up to 9 of your friends.

Add Ons: Fitness

Train with our Master Trainer in an intimate group setting to reach that goal weight. Keep each other motivated to push yourself a little harder than you normally would.
Maximum group size: 5
Additional Cost: $125/hr

Add Ons: Metabolic Testing

Measure how many calories your body burns and determine how many calories you need to take in from food and how much you need to burn. This is also a good way to objectively measure your energy level so we can put a plan together to give you more pep in your step if you need it (may be covered by your health insurance).
