Phase 3: Journey to Lose (12 Weeks)

The big day is over and now it's showtime. The Practice Before You Play program has helped tremendously but you still need coaching, education, and support in making the necessary lifestyle changes. Our Journey To Lose program will help you make the necessary changes during the crucial first six-months post-surgery as you progress from liquids to solids to eating normal.

What's Included

  • One (1) visit every 12 weeks to get you off your old medications, monitor your return to health, and make sure you are not deficient in any key vitamins and minerals
  • Twelve (12) one-on-one sessions.
    1. Six(2) one-on-one nutrition sessions
    2. Three(2) one-on-one sessions with a qualified behavioral counselor to help you work through the emotional aspects of bariatric surgery.
    3. Three (1) one-on-one sessions with a Wellness Advising
  • Monthly support group sessions
  • Comprehensive fitness assessment to measure how well your body moves, your stability and mobility, the capacity of your heart and lungs, and your balance and agility.
  • Personalized fitness program based on the results of your assessment.
  • Updates to your personal program every four weeks as needed to keep it new, fresh, and motivating
  • Access to our 10-day quick start fitness program to start you off easy but motivate you quickly.
  • 1-yr of fitness in an environment that is fun, social, and supportive with access to a full schedule of group classes including Zumba!
  • Supervision at all times by an exercise physiologist
  • 5% Autoship of your vitamins and protein supplements needs
