We have helped over 10,000 people lose weight so we understand that each person is unique and needs to be treated individually. Some of us are emotional and stress eaters - we know that a pint of ice cream is not the healthiest choice but we still eat it mindlessly. Some of us only eat when we are hungry but we do not make the best choices and could benefit from nutrition education. Others need a combination of nutrition education, better eating habits, practice at cooking in the kitchen and eating out.

The programs that make up the Kingley Health weight management system have been designed by our team of registered dietitians, licensed clinical social workers, exercise physiologists, and wellness advisors to deliver you the results you want in an environment that is fun, supportive, motivating, and understanding. Each of our programs can be tailored to your exact needs.

Mind Over Matter (12 weeks)
Do you find yourself eating when your stressed, emotional, bored, or just don't know why you raid the fridge at midnight? Then our Mind Over Matter program is the answer for you. This program includes:

What's Included

  • Twelve (12) one-on-one sessions
    1. Six (6) one-on-one sessions with a qualified Behavioral Counseling professional
    2. Three (3) one-on-one sessions nutrition sessions
    3. Three (3) one-on-one sessions with a Wellness Advising specialist
  • Three (3) support group sessions
  • One (1) metabolic test to measure how many calories your body burns.
  • Comprehensive fitness assessment to measure how well your body moves, your stability and mobility, the capacity of your heart and lungs, and your balance and agility.
  • Personalized fitness program based on the results of your assessment.
  • Updates to your personal program every four weeks as needed to keep it new, fresh, and motivating
  • Access to our 10-day quick start fitness program to start you off easy but motivate you quickly.
  • 1-yr of fitness in an environment that is fun, social, and supportive with access to a full schedule of group classes including Zumba!
  • Supervision at all times by an exercise physiologist
