Active Kids

Active Kids is a medically-based fitness and educational program for children and adolescents 5 - 12 years of age. The program offers a variety of fitness and nutritional programs tailored towards your child's individual needs and goals.

Your child will enjoy a full range of exercise classes, weight training and education that will allow them to make healthy life-style changes that will produce real results. Active Kids is a collaborative program provided by the same staff that take care of you.

Programs

8 - week Boot Camp (Begin the 1st of every month. Maximum group of eight.)

8 nutrition sessions hands-on in the kitchen and education
8 group sessions to talk about everyday stressors
24 fitness sessions

Fitness Only - active kids programming

Individual nutrition for weight or disease management

Counseling for self-esteem or treating eating disorders

Host your Event

Events should be fun. Big or small, corporate, social, birthday parties or holiday gatherings, we can help you host the perfect event so everyone can let loose. Ask us about business meetings, team building activities, fundraising activities, and any other gathering you can think of.

Need a meeting offsite? This is the perfect place to mix business with fun. Mid-size corporate events and meetings with versatile space for getting down to business and the rest of the venue for getting down to fun, you can count on your event being a success.
